Evening is on by default. Add morning or midday if you want more.
Updates keep logs on this device. Deleting the app removes them unless you saved a backup. Export/import is the backup. You can save the backup somewhere safe and secure.
When you save an entry, a short excerpt may be sent to Google Vertex AI (Gemini) to suggest an organising area. That text leaves this device. It is not used to train Google’s general models by default. You can skip AI by choosing “Leave uncategorised” or turning suggestions off later. Your original words stay on the device and are never replaced by AI text.
This app can help you organise and understand your experiences. It cannot diagnose ADHD or determine whether ADHD is the best explanation.
