About ADHD Moments
Last updated: 20 August 2026.
ADHD Moments is a private notebook for adults who want to capture experiences in their own words, organise them, and prepare for an assessment. You write what happened. The app helps you look at patterns later and choose what to include in a report. It does not decide anything for you.
Not a diagnostic service
ADHD Moments can help you organise and understand your experiences. It cannot diagnose ADHD or determine whether ADHD is the best explanation. A qualified clinician considers your full history, functioning, health and other possible explanations. Suggestions in the app are organising labels, not clinical findings.
What you can do
- Log a recent moment or a past memory, in your own words.
- Keep a timeline of what you saved, and search it later.
- Read optional Learn cards about common experiences. They are ideas, not a treatment plan.
- Preview a report, then export a PDF or CSV of only what you choose to include.
Local-first
Capture works without an account and without a network. Entries stay on this device unless you later choose to sign in or sync. You can export or delete local data from Settings. Preview a report before you share it.
